You will lead BSA/AML/KYC processes, collaborate with Treasury Management, monitor risk, and ensure data integrity while delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with a minimum of 3 years related experience, or a combined minimum of 5 years higher education and/or work experience including 3 years related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for advanced opportunities and progression.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for deposit servicing, maintaining relationships with clients and internal partners.
• Handle account openings, maintenance, and service requests (e.g., stop payments, wires, transfers).
• Ensure compliance with documentation and disclosure requirements.
• Lead BSA/AML/KYC processes and regulatory compliance; validate entity documentation.
• Collaborate with Treasury Management Consultants and Relationship Managers to enhance onboarding and product adoption.
• Monitor reports, resolve discrepancies, and support system outages.
• Open and monitor restricted accounts to ensure proper usage and compliance with restraints.
• Process transactions in source systems during outages to minimize customer impact.
