Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, data, life sciences, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data products, data governance, MDM, analytics enablement, or commercial data.
• Experience with data governance principles, data catalog platforms, and metadata management.
• Ability to lead delivery with strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Translate roadmaps into delivery plans, backlogs, and release schedules with cross-functional teams.
• Engage stakeholders across Commercial, Analytics, IT, Compliance and vendors to refine requirements.
• Support data governance, ownership structures, and stewardship across commercial data domains.
• Help design logical/physical data models and maintain governance-aligned documentation.
• Contribute to data catalog adoption and metadata capture across pipelines and sources.
