Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Co is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Data Management for the R&D pipeline, with leadership across data collection and study data governance. The role focuses on end-to-end data management, external collaboration, and ensuring high-quality data in a complex clinical program.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field, 7+ years in Biopharma/CRO with 3+ years in leadership, and experience with EDC systems such as Medidata RAVE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, data science, statistics required; advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of Biopharma/CRO experience with 3+ years in study/program leadership
• Experience with EDC systems (Medidata RAVE preferred) and data management processes

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical data management leadership within the study team to drive data collection requirements
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver high-quality clinical trial data in a timely manner
• Serve as primary DM contact for internal and external study team members
• Set program-level data collection standards with cross-functional teams
• Oversee third-party vendor data management deliverables
• Lead data quality reviews and ensure data currency, quality, and completeness
• Assist in preparing study plans and related data governance documents
