Responsibilities

• Underwrite, monitor, and analyze assigned Commercial portfolio.
• Ensure timely risk identification and high-quality underwriting.
• Lead complex transactions including syndications and multi-level capital structures.
• Support Relationship Managers in client management and optimize relationships.
• Mentor junior Underwriting Portfolio Managers.
• Present credit actions to committees as needed.
• Ensure audits and regulators reviews meet standards.
