Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial lending and credit underwriting experience.
• Experience underwriting commercial real estate, C&I, owner-occupied real estate, and complex commercial credit relationships.
• Strong analytical skills to review financial statements, cash flow, collateral, and overall credit risk.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for credit memos and stakeholder collaboration.
• Knowledge of lending regulations, policies, and risk management practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
• Experience with loan origination and core banking systems.
• Attention to detail, sound judgment, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Prepare clear credit memos and recommend approval or decline decisions.
