Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in commercial banking credit underwriting.
• Demonstrated experience with credit risk management, loan policy interpretation, and credit committee presentations.
• Experience authoring credit policy guidance and presenting to stakeholders is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review and approve credit requests for commercial and business loans per loan policy.
• Review loan structures and recommend covenants and modifications to mitigate risk.
• Exercise independent authority to recommend loans outside policy where warranted.
• Lead credit risk management activities including stress testing and risk rating reviews.
• Provide credit policy interpretation and guidance to commercial lending partners.
• Collaborate with senior credit leadership to update loan policy.
