Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years in commercial credit analysis, underwriting, risk management, lending, or bank examination.
• Experience analyzing commercial financial statements and evaluating lending opportunities.
• Strong understanding of commercial credit principles, loan structures, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Independent judgment in evaluating credit risks and recommending lending decisions.
• Proficiency with financial analysis tools, banking systems, and MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and spread commercial financial statements for borrowers.
• Prepare written credit analyses for loans, renewals, modifications, and reviews.
• Assess borrower financial performance, repayment capacity, and creditworthiness.
• Identify market trends affecting credit quality and lending decisions.
• Provide independent recommendations on credit structure, collateral, terms, and pricing.
• Monitor portfolio credit quality and interim financial reporting.
• Support loan committees with credit guidance.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in training and mentoring credit administration staff.
• Collaborate with loan operations to ensure accurate processing.
