Job summary

The Symicor Group is seeking a Commercial Credit Manager in Broken Arrow, OK to lead the credit administration function for a bank's commercial lending portfolio, ensuring sound underwriting, regulatory compliance, and portfolio risk management.

This is not a remote position and offers up to $140K plus a full benefits package. You will mentor staff, coordinate with audit and risk teams, review credit requests, and contribute to policy updates and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive commercial credit and lending experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field
• Minimum five years of leadership or management experience in commercial credit administration
• Proficiency with commercial loan systems and financial analysis software
• Strong knowledge of credit principles, financial statement and cash flow analysis
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and loan policy governance
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Strong communication and Board-level presentation abilities
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent credit decisions

Responsibilities

• Lead the credit administration function for the bank's commercial lending portfolio
• Ensure sound underwriting, regulatory compliance, and portfolio risk management
• Coordinate with internal audit, compliance, loan review, and external examiners
• Mentor and develop commercial credit staff
• Update loan policies and underwriting guidelines
• Report key credit risk metrics to executives and committees
