CFS is partnering with a local organization in Madison, WI to hire a Senior Credit Analyst. The role focuses on analyzing loans up to $30M+, gathering documentation, monitoring file quality and credit risk, and completing risk ratings for commercial credits.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (associate welcomed) and 3+ years of financial analysis or credit experience. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial analysis or financial services/credit experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships through strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze new loans up to $30M+.
• Gather and analyze loan documentation.
• Oversee documentation, monitor and review member files and loan performance.
• Analyze financial statements and reports to determine risk in extending credit.
• Complete risk ratings and file review of commercial credits when necessary.

Responsibiliies Of The Senior Credit Analyst

• Analyze new loans for the organization ranging in size up to $30M +
• Gather and analyze loan documentation
• Oversee documentation, monitor and review member files and loan performance.
• Analyze statements such as tax returns, income statements, balance sheets, rent rolls, leases, appraisals, personal financial statements and credit reports to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money
• Complete risk ratings and file review of commercial credits when necessary.

Qualifications For The Senior Credit Analyst

• Bachelors degree; Finance, Accounting, Business; or related field
• Associate degree is welcomed
• 3+ Years of financial analysis or financial services/credit experience
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships by using appropriate communication skills.

Salary: $78,000 - $90,000
