Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of banking or accounting experience, with working knowledge of loan review procedures and current lending regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and independently.
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret financial statements with precision and clarity.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Local to Central PA / Northern MD region and able to travel to the Gettysburg, PA office when needed.

What You Bring to the Table
