Beacon Hill Solutions Group, LLC in Augusta, Maine is seeking an experienced Commercial Attorney (Technology Transactions) for a short-term contract to support an in-house legal team. You will review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements while partnering with internal stakeholders.

The role focuses on MSAs, SOWs, vendor and professional services agreements, and governance around data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI-related matters.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active U.S. bar license.
• 3+ years of legal experience.
• Prior in-house experience strongly preferred.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate: Master Services Agreements (MSAs).
• Draft, review, and negotiate: Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Draft, review, and negotiate: Vendor Agreements and Professional Services Agreements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate: Partnership and Alliance Agreements.
• Partner with sales, procurement, finance, and business teams to support commercial transactions.
• Identify and address contractual risks related to data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI-related matters.
• Provide practical, business-focused legal advice to help move deals forward.
• Support contract negotiations from initial review through execution.
