Qualifications

5+ years of legal experience in technology or development contexts.
Strong background in commercial contracting for large infrastructure projects.
Ability to manage heavy workload and prioritize to close transactions.

Responsibilities

Lead negotiation and structuring of development and real estate deals.
Negotiate power-related contracts and PPAs for hyperscale data centers.
Draft and negotiate construction contracts and related project documents.
Support financing, tax incentives, and project finance elements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and outside counsel.
