The role requires a JD, active U.S. bar membership, and 5+ years of experience in commercial contracting, preferably with technology or development companies.
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state.
- 5+ years of legal experience in commercial contracting for large-scale infrastructure.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage heavy workload under aggressive timelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead negotiation and structuring of development deals, real estate transactions, and power-related agreements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, engineering services, and related project documents.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, and outside counsel to align terms with business needs.
- Support financing structures, tax incentives, leases, permitting, and land-use transactions for multi-billion-dollar investments.
