Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Newton, MA is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Counsel for the Endovascular Robotics (EVR) division. You will provide legal support to business leaders and cross-functional teams, addressing commercial and regulatory topics from clinical trials to procurement.

The role requires a Juris Doctor, active US bar membership, 8+ years of relevant experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to lead complex engagements with integrity.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to remain in good standing.
• 8+ years of relevant legal experience (in-house and/or law firm).
• Ability to communicate legal topics clearly to business leaders.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements.
• Drafting and negotiating clinical trial agreements for robotic medical devices.
• Developing compliant solutions to support business needs and mitigate risks.
• Serving as legal representative on EVR senior leadership team.
• Partnering with Quality, Regulatory, Medical/Clinical, R&D, Operations, Compliance, HR, and Commercial teams.
