Qualifications

• Law degree with high academic achievement in undergrad and law school.
• License to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 5+ years in a large organization or national law firm preferred.
• Commercial/transactional experience; healthcare knowledge preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive legal advice to contracting business clients enterprise-wide.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts with external parties.
• Collaborate with Litigation, Privacy, Regulatory Counsel and Compliance teams.
• Identify legal risks and propose solutions aligned with business strategy.
• Lead or participate in contract template enhancements and process improvements.
