- Commercial/transactional experience required; healthcare law knowledge preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication; strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive legal advice to contracting business clients across the enterprise.
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts with external parties.
- Identify and mitigate legal and compliance risks for the business.
- Collaborate with Litigation, Privacy, Regulatory Counsel, and Compliance teams.
- Ensure contract templates reflect current laws and business strategies.
- Serve as primary day-to-day legal contact for business clients.
