Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice to UOP leaders and teams.
• Draft, review, and negotiate technology licensing, engineering, services, and collaboration agreements.
• Partner with sales, finance, engineering, and technology on strategy and risk.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to protect company interests.
• Support compliance investigations, training, and remediation.
• Manage disputes and supervise outside counsel as needed.
• Drive improvements in contracting processes and tools.
