Job summary

Qualifications

10+ years of relevant legal experience advising on government contracts.
Strong contracting and drafting capability across prime contracts and subcontracts.
Excellent judgment and ability to communicate complex issues to diverse audiences.
Leadership experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Advise on U.S. government contract compliance (FAR/DFARS/DPAS, domestic preferences).
Develop and enhance government contract compliance policies, procedures, and guidance.
Monitor regulatory developments and support investigations, audits, and risk assessments.
Drive enterprise compliance governance, KPI/KRI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
