Job summary

You will provide strategic legal advice, lead cross‑functional projects, and stay current on privacy, IP, and consumer laws to translate them into practical compliance guidance.

Qualifications

• A J.D. from a top-tier law school and bar membership in at least one state.
• Minimum 6 years of experience at a leading law firm or in-house.
• Strong experience in Internet/e-commerce law, privacy, SaaS and payments.
• Proven track record drafting contracts and managing partner negotiations.
• Ability to provide clear legal advice and lead cross-functional teams.
• Team player with sound business judgment and initiative.

Responsibilities
