Job summary

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Commercial Attorney (Technology Transactions) for a financial services client on a short-term contract. You will review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements and partner with internal business stakeholders.

Responsibilities include MSAs, SOWs, vendor and services agreements, and risk assessment on data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI matters. Prior in-house experience and strong communication are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active U.S. bar license required.
• 3+ years of legal experience required.
• In-house experience preferred.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Experience with technology, SaaS, or consulting environments preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and business partnering skills.

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Commercial Attorney (Technology Transactions) for our client, a financial services organization. This short-term contract assignment will provide coverage for an in-house legal team and support the review, drafting, and negotiation of commercial agreements while partnering with internal business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate: Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
• Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Vendor Agreements
• Professional Services Agreements
• Partnership and Alliance Agreements
• Partner with sales, procurement, finance, and business teams to support commercial transactions.
• Identify and address contractual risks related to data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI-related matters.
• Provide practical, business-focused legal advice to help move deals forward.
• Support contract negotiations from initial review through execution.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active U.S. bar license.
• 3+ years of legal experience.
• Prior in-house experience strongly preferred.
