The ideal candidate has 10+ years in contract administration or legal operations, with strong communication and organizational skills to support audits and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, law, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, or related functions.
• Strong understanding of contracting processes and approval workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and document-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve commercial contracting workflows and documentation processes.
• Coordinate approvals, contract routing, execution, storage, and recordkeeping activities.
• Track contractual obligations, commitments, dependencies, action items, and key milestones.
• Support customer audits, internal reviews, and compliance activities.
• Develop reporting, metrics, dashboards, and management summaries.
