Job summary

Colibri Group is seeking a practical, business‑oriented Commercial Contracts Attorney to join its Legal, Regulatory and Compliance team in San Francisco. You will lead the review, drafting and negotiation of a broad range of commercial agreements, serving both customer‑facing and vendor‑side transactions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements on both customer and vendor sides.
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills with attention to risk and business objectives.
• Experience implementing or using contract lifecycle management systems and AI‑enabled review tools.
• Ability to supervise and mentor contract specialists and collaborate with multiple business functions.
• Experience with data privacy provisions and GDPR/US state privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements (MSAs, SOWs, orders, SaaS, licenses, content, marketing, data processing).
• Independently manage routine to moderately complex negotiations from intake to execution.
• Develop templates, clause libraries, playbooks and escalation standards.
• Lead contracting operations, improve processes, and promote scalable workflows.
• Supervise contract specialists and provide guidance to stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Privacy, IT, Product, Marketing and HR.
