Job summary

You will review terms, escalate non-standard issues, and support negotiations through execution; 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred, with a JD and bar in good standing.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with active U.S. state bar admission.
• 1–2 years of relevant commercial contracting experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; proficient in MS Office and legal tech.

• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate routine to moderately complex commercial agreements for customers and vendors.
• Review contract terms for legal and business risk; escalate non-standard issues and support negotiations through execution.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active U.S. state bar membership in good standing.

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal technology.
