Job summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead commercial jobsite operations. You will oversee daily field activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key responsibilities include managing on-site activities, coordinating trades, monitoring schedules and budgets, and enforcing Cal/OSHA safety standards while collaborating with project teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction field experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Cal/OSHA 10 or 30 certification required.
• OSHPD experience a plus.
• Experience with public and/or private projects.
• Procore experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities and jobsite operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and field personnel.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and project progress.
• Perform quality control inspections and ensure compliance with plans/specs.
• Track materials, deliveries, and inventory.
• Maintain jobsite safety and enforce Cal/OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, architects, and engineers.
• Participate in pre-construction planning and budgeting.
