Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in the construction industry.
• Minimum of 5 years as a Superintendent with a GC on commercial projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and smartphone usage.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
• Review plans and specs for constructability and schedule issues.
• Prepare and update detailed project schedules with sequences and durations.
• Schedule and conduct kickoff meetings with subcontractors.
• Establish punchlist and close-out procedures; maintain zero punchlist.
• Coordinate tools, equipment, and subcontractors for each project.
• Communicate progress with owner and project team; manage change orders.
