Job summary

raise consulting seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial projects in Los Angeles. You will coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and budget adherence to deliver projects on time and to spec.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial construction supervision, strong knowledge of plans and specs, and proven leadership and communication skills to guide teams and resolve field issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, plans, and specifications.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multiple project priorities.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate project schedules, inspections, materials, and site logistics.
• Enforce project plans, specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Lead coordination meetings and communicate progress with the Project Manager and project team.
• Track and resolve field issues, RFIs, and coordination conflicts.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, inspectors, and other project stakeholders.
