Job summary

Teklysium Inc. seeks an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee daily field operations on commercial tenant improvement projects in Los Angeles.

You will supervise construction activities, coordinate subcontractors, review plans, and ensure safety and quality. This role requires 10+ years of supervision, strong scheduling and coordination skills, proficiency with Procore, and the ability to read drawings and specs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction supervision experience.
• Knowledge of framing, drywall, ceilings, MEP, and finishes.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong subcontractor and schedule management skills.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Procore experience and English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
