Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead commercial projects in the Lexington, KY area. You will manage day-to-day on-site activities, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence while delivering high-quality results.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years’ GC-level supervision, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of construction methods.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction at the GC level.
• Proven experience managing multiple subcontractors and complex schedules.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, sequencing, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day on-site management of commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage site logistics.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Serve as the primary field representative for the General Contractor.
