Formación

• 10-year commercial construction experience in field supervision.
• Experience with concrete, steel, PEMB construction.
• Knowledge of site development and underground infrastructure.
• Appropriate supervisory experience on large projects.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Computer proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide field supervision and execute safety, schedule, and quality control.
• Monitor jobsite safety, cleanliness, and policy adherence.
• Ensure project quality standards are met or exceeded.
• Plan, schedule, inspect, and supervise work at the site.
• Develop short-term schedules with manpower and equipment.
• Coordinate subcontractors and lead meetings.
• Coordinate permit and regulatory inspections.
• Participate in owner/design team/post-construction reviews.
• Communicate progress and scope changes to the Project Manager.
• Maintain field document control and timekeeping.
• Manage material handling, inventory, and spare parts.
• Oversee small tool management and hiring support.
• Maintain As-Built drawings and contract document knowledge.
