Qualifications

15+ years of construction experience, including 10 years as a Superintendent.
Proven ability to lead large, complex multimillion-dollar projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
OSHA 10-hour, First Aid, and CPR certifications preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee field operations across multiple projects.
Participate in pre-job planning, constructability reviews, and project pursuits.
Support development and maintenance of project schedules and production plans.
Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
Mentor, develop, and evaluate field management and craft personnel.
Coordinate manpower, resources, and equipment with project and regional leadership.
Participate in client, subcontractor, and internal coordination meetings.
Support equipment utilization, maintenance, and company safety initiatives.
Assist with project start-ups, audits, reporting, and closeout activities.
