Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities for multiple projects in New Jersey. You will manage daily planning, scheduling, resources, and safety, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to plans and budgets.

Responsibilities include maintaining the project schedule, coordinating with the PM and owner, overseeing safety, and guiding subcontractors to successful closures. Competitive compensation offered with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a Project Superintendent.
• Experience directing on-site construction activities and logistics.
• Strong ability to manage schedules, resources, and safety on complex builds.

Responsibilities

• Direct field personnel to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain weekly construction schedule and three-week forecast.
• Coordinate safety program implementation and site inspections.
• Prepare weekly updates to owners and PMs, document RFIs, and manage subcontractor relations.
• Oversee site operations for quality control and clean, safe environments.
