Qualifications

• 7 or more years of experience in a field supervision role in commercial construction.
• 5+ completed projects run independently.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule projects, including short interval schedules.
• Control job progress by managing subcontractors and solving problems.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by recognizing and meeting all client's needs.
