Job summary

Pepper Construction is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial projects in the Cincinnati area. You will manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate trades, and ensure work is performed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

You'll partner with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and subcontractors, uphold safety plans, and mentor field team members while driving collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in field supervision within commercial construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day jobsite operations from project start through closeout.
• Coordinate and direct field personnel, subcontractors, and specialty trades.
• Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Plan and manage manpower to maintain schedule and budget objectives.
• Champion jobsite safety by developing and executing project safety plans.
• Lead project planning, startup, and ongoing coordination meetings.
