Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day on-site management and supervision of commercial construction projects.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project plans and specifications.
• Enforce jobsite safety policies and maintain compliance with all safety regulations.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, identifying and resolving issues proactively.

Skills

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent

Proven experience with concrete footings and foundations

Proven experience with steel and precast erection

Proven experience with metal stud framing and carpentry

Strong knowledge of construction methods

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
