Job summary

RSG Builders in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to plan, supervise and deliver projects on time and on budget. You will coordinate crews, manage safety programs, and liaise with the Project Manager to ensure quality and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong CPM scheduling, team leadership, budgeting, and construction knowledge, with a focus on safe, compliant site practices and effective communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with construction-related courses.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in construction supervision.
• Experience as framing or drywall foreman is helpful.
• Carpentry background is advantageous.
• Proficient in CPM scheduling and planning.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide design and planning input to ensure quality, timely and cost-effective construction.
• Oversee all phases of construction work at project sites.
• Enforce safety requirements and lead weekly safety meetings.
• Maintain quality standards and monitor subcontractors’ work.
• Prepare progress reports, time cards, and project documentation.
• Communicate with Project Manager and manage on-site teams.
