Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee ground-up and major renovation projects in the Pittsburgh area. You will manage scheduling, budgeting, and financial reporting while coordinating with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and clients.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and proficiency with Procore and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience up to Senior Level as a Commercial Construction Project Manager.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
• Local market knowledge and subcontractor relationships in Pittsburgh preferred.

Responsibilities
