Job summary

Solid Rock Recruiting LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through final completion. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with client expectations on a fast-paced site.

The role serves as the central point of coordination between clients, field teams, subcontractors and internal departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience with drywall and metal framing is a plus.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, budgeting, and safety knowledge (OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, work plans, and resource allocations.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Coordinate with field supervision and subcontractors to maintain workflows.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Resolve constructability and coordination issues as they arise.
