Job summary

Inabia-Software- is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout in the Greater St. Louis region. The PM will coordinate clients, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams to maintain safety, quality, budgets, and schedules.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience, a background with a General Contractor, and proficiency with Procore. Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of successful Project Management experience.
• At least 1+ year of experience working with a General Contractor.
• Commercial construction project management experience.
• Proficiency with Procore and project management software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and manage bid/estimate processes.
• Review scopes, qualify bids, and develop budgets.
• Create and maintain project schedules.
• Lead OAC meetings and monitor change orders.
• Prepare progress, cost, and forecasting reports.
• Coordinate closeout documents and warranty information.
• Deliver O&M manuals and coordinate facility training.
