Orion Placement in Reno, NV, seeks an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead major projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will oversee schedules, budgets, teams, and safety, driving successful delivery.

With 8+ years in commercial construction and a proven leadership track record, you will manage communications with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, while optimizing profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and overall project execution.
• Provide leadership to project teams while mentoring Project Managers and support staff.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Review contracts, project documents, change orders, and project risks.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality expectations.
• Resolve complex project challenges through proactive planning and communication.
• Maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional project outcomes.
