Job summary

Bingman Construction Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure safety, quality, on-time delivery, and budget compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction-related fields and 5+ years of PM experience, with proficiency in Procore and strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management (or Engineering/Architecture) is preferred.
• 5+ years of successful project management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of A/E/C industry practices.
• Detail-oriented and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore).

Responsibilities

• Preconstruction: Develop and manage bid/estimate processes, review scopes, qualify bids, and create base budgets.
• Construction: Track change order costs and deliver weekly/monthly progress/cost reports; coordinate with Superintendents on QC and scheduling.
• Post-Construction: Collect closeout documents, deliver O&M manuals, and coordinate facility training.
