Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Commercial Construction Project Management experience.
• Good knowledge of MS Office 365 suite and Procore project management software or similar software is required.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and plan with project superintendent on schedule, reports, and subcontractors.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors and prepare agreements.
• Determine needed resources from start to finish with attention to budget.
