Job summary

DonahueFavret Contractors, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead complex projects from turnover through one-year warranty.

You will collaborate with the PMA, Superintendent, Owner, design team and subcontractors to maintain schedule and budget, ensure safety and quality, and deliver projects on time. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership are essential as you liaison with clients and internal teams throughout the project

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience supervising or assisting construction projects.
• Advanced knowledge of construction techniques and building codes.
• Experience with medical facilities or ground-up/remodel projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the PMA, Superintendent, Owner, design team and others on the project.
• Collaborate and advocate for customers, informing and guiding them throughout the project.
• Provide innovative solutions to keep projects high quality, on time and within budget.
