Job summary

South Bay Construction seeks a Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead tenant improvements and ground-up projects. You will oversee preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and safety compliance while guiding cross-functional teams and coordinating with owners, architects, and consultants.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, strong leadership, and proficiency with industry tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction PM experience.
• Proven tenant improvements and new construction experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage TI and ground-up construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
• Lead project teams, including superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Serve as primary contact for owners, architects, and consultants.
• Manage contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and pay applications.
• Ensure compliance with plans, codes, and safety requirements.
• Conduct project meetings and provide clear reporting.
