Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing projects for a commercial general contractor.
• Experience leading ground-up construction.
• Background in commercial, industrial, healthcare, retail, or distribution projects.
• Experience managing estimating, preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong financial management, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Involved throughout the construction process: estimating, design coordination, scheduling, subcontractor selection, financial management, client communication, and closeout.
• Lead projects with autonomy and collaborate with leadership to maintain a trusted, relationship-driven culture.
