Job summary

G3 Construction in Boca Raton, FL is seeking experienced project managers to lead commercial interior construction projects. You will cultivate client relationships, craft detailed estimates, and plan and schedule projects from buy-out through close-out.

The role requires coordinating with superintendents, owners, and architects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of commercial construction experience, with a focus on project management.
• Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Project and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop conceptual estimates, budgets, and proposal submissions.
• Create cost-effective project plans and schedules, from buy-outs to permits.
• Coordinate with superintendents, review logs, and ensure effective communication among trades and clients.
• Monitor schedules and expenses to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Provide regular progress updates to owners and architects.
• Manage client interactions professionally and address client needs.
• Manage project documentation in Procore, including contracts, change orders, and payment apps.
• Identify scope changes, negotiate and execute change orders.
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors to ensure quality and timelines.
• Oversee project close-out and handover.
• Foster collaboration with architects to align on goals and design intent.
