Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Commercial project management experience is a must

Responsibilities

• Attend internal meetings and support project leadership
• Lead kick-off meetings with subcontractors and define scope
• Manage subcontracts, purchase orders, changes, and cost control
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and monthly financials
• Coordinate with owners, architects, and engineers for timely decisions
• Ensure safety and quality per RBBC procedures
• Produce regular project status and close-out deliverables
