Job summary

Blayze Group seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead high-profile restaurant, retail, and entertainment projects in Dallas. You’ll manage from preconstruction through closeout, delivering on time, on budget, and to client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years with a Commercial GC, experience on projects from $500K to $50M, and a degree in Construction Management. The role offers a competitive salary, annual bonus, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' experience as a Project Manager in a Commercial General Contractor.
• Experience delivering restaurant, retail, entertainment, or hospitality projects.
• Experience managing projects ranging from $500K to $50M.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from award through final turnover.
• Manage ground-up developments and renovation/tenant improvement projects.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Drive quality, safety, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with field teams, design consultants, and ownership groups to ensure successful delivery.
• Build strong, long-term relationships that generate repeat business.
