Commercial Interiors in Irving, TX is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead projects from groundbreaking to ribbon-cutting, delivering quality on time and within budget. You will oversee scheduling, budgets, and coordination with subcontractors to ensure client expectations are met.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial PM, strong knowledge of building codes and safety, and proficiency in Procore, Buildertrend, or MS Project.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
Proven track record managing ground-up or tenant improvements.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in Procore, Buildertrend, or MS Project.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
PMP or CCM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and engineers to maintain project alignment.
Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to monitor quality and safety compliance.
Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively to minimize delays.
