Job summary

Commercial Interiors in Irving, TX is seeking a driven Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead ground-up and tenant‑improvement projects from pre-construction through ribbon-cutting. You will work with clients, architects, and subcontractors to deliver on time and on budget while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Procore, Buildertrend, or MS Project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Proven track record managing ground-up or tenant improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and engineers to maintain project alignment
• Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to monitor quality and safety compliance
• Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and project documentation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project teams
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively to minimize delays
