Job summary

ARIVA Group is seeking a Senior Commercial Construction Manager to lead our Miami-based projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will own the project lifecycle, driving quality, safety, and profitability across all sites.

The role requires 8–10 years of progressive experience in commercial construction, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and frequent travel to Laredo, TX. Procore, PlanGrid, MS Project, and Primavera P6 proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in commercial construction management.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Willingness to travel to Laredo, TX one week per month.
• Procore, PlanGrid, MS Project or Primavera P6 experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of commercial construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules.
• Spearhead purchasing activities, subcontracts, material procurement, equipment rentals, and supplier negotiations.
